SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY — STRICT 3 BUSINESS DAY WINDOW
We accept size or item exchanges subject to the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted via email within 3 business days of the delivery date. Requests received after this window will not be accepted.
- Swimwear: Due to strict sanitary and health regulations, swimwear items (One-Piece Swimsuits, Bikini Sets, and Separates) can only be exchanged if the hygiene liner, original branding tags, and packaging remain entirely intact and undisturbed.
- Ready-to-Wear & Beachwear: Items (dresses, pants, skirts, tops, jackets) must be completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Authorization: Customers must contact info@directmessagesw.com with order details to receive exchange authorization and return instructions before shipping items back. Unauthorized shipments will not be processed.
GARMENT CARE DURING TRYING-ON
Please use caution when trying on garments. Avoid contact with makeup, deodorant, perfume, body lotion, self-tanner, or other substances. Items returned with stains, odors, or signs of wear will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense. DIRECT MESSAGE reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order before it has been processed and dispatched, contact info@directmessagesw.com immediately. Cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case depending on fulfillment status. Approved cancellations made before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
