RETURN POLICY

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

At DIRECT MESSAGE, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene is our priority. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear products, all swimwear sales are final.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

One-Piece Swimsuits;
Bikini Sets and Separates;

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR READY-TO-WEAR & BEACHWEAR

Returns and exchanges are accepted for ready-to-wear and non-swimwear resort wear apparel (such as dresses, pants, skirts, tops, and jackets), subject to the following strict conditions:

Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
All original tags and branding labels must remain securely attached;
Return requests must be submitted within our designated return window from the date of delivery;

IMPORTANT RTW NOTES: Please avoid transferring makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotion, or any other substances onto garments while trying them on. Items returned with stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear will be rejected.
